The FSC hereby informs the public that Trustflow HedgeFund is not and has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on investment business, or any other financial services business in or from within the Territory of the Virgin Islands.
Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time to conduct business with Trustflow HedgeFund. The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on any questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory of the British Virgin Islands, and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities."
