"CLOUDTRADES is circulating a forged investment business licence and is falsely purporting to be licensed by the FSC for Dealing in Investments and Arranging Deals in Investments as an entity licensed and regulated by the FSC.
The FSC hereby informs the public that CLOUDTRADES is not a BVI company and has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on investment business or any other financial services business in or from within the Territory of the Virgin Islands.
Members of the public are advised to exercise extreme caution and to avoid conducting any business with CLOUDTRADES. The public is invited to provide the FSC with any relevant information on any questionable entities that are purportedly operating in or from within the Territory, and on any improper activities engaged in by such entities."
