ELITE FOUND LTD is circulating a forged investment business licence and is falsely purporting to be licensed by the FSC for Dealing in Investments as an Agent and Principal, as an entity licensed and regulated by the FSC.

The FSC hereby informs the public that ELITE FOUND LTD is not a BVI company and has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on investment business or any other financial services business in or from within the Territory of the Virgin Islands.
