The FSC wishes to make the general public aware that TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED was previously licensed as a professional mutual fund by the FSC and had its certificate of recognition revoked on 15 December 2010.
Furthermore, TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED was struck from the Register of Companies in 2009 and subsequently dissolved as a BVI Business Company on 30 April 2016.
The FSC hereby informs the public that TONBRIDGE GLOBAL GROWTH LIMITED is not licensed or regulated as a broker-dealer to carry on investment business, or any other financial services business, in or from within the Territory.
