Public Statement- PROTONFOREX is falsely purporting to be authorised by the BVI Foreign Exchange Commission for the purpose of carrying out payment transaction services. The FSC, therefore, informs the public that the BVI does not have a Foreign Exchange Commission. The public is also informed that such services are required to be licensed and regulated by the FSC.
