Public Statement - NORTH AMERICAN INVESTMENT CORPORATION (the “Company”) is falsely purporting to be an active BVI company entitled to conduct business, including the provision of services to, or dealing with, the general public. The Company: is not and has never been licensed or regulated to carry on investment business or any other regulated financial services business; entered voluntary liquidation on 24 July 2008 and was dissolved on 12 August 2008 on completion of the liquidation; restored to the Register on 18 March 2013 when a liquidator was appointed to deal with the outstanding assets of the Company; and subsequently struck from the BVI Register of Companies on 1 November 2013 for non-payment of its annual licence fees and was dissolved on 31 October 2020. As such, under BVI legislation, the Company is prohibited from dealing with its assets or from acting in any way with respect to the affairs of the Company. The public are advised to exercise extreme caution if solicited at any time to conduct business with the Company.
