The FSC hereby informs the public that MVM Bank and/or MVM Overseas Capital Ltd (website address: mvm-bank.com) is not a BVI Business Company and has never been licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on banking business or any type of financial services business in or from within the Territory of the Virgin Islands."
