Financial services business, if conducted in or from within the BVI, or by a company registered in the BVI, is required to be licensed and regulated by the FSC.
GFC INVESTMENTS LIMITED is a former BVI company which was dissolved and removed from the Register of Companies on 31st October 2015. The FSC informed the public that GFC INVESTMENTS LIMITED is not and has never been licensed or regulated to carry on investment business, including Forex trading transactions or any other type of financial services business, in or from within the BVI."
