Public Statement - EURSWISS is falsely purporting to be licensed and regulated by the FSC to conduct investment business. This is regulated activity under BVI legislation and may only be carried out by a company that is licensed and regulated by the FSC to conduct investment business. To facilitate its fraudulent enterprise, EURSWISS is using a fraudulent website URL: www.eurswiss.com for the purpose of advertising and soliciting customers for investment services. Such services are required to be licensed and regulated by the FSC. The general public was made aware that EURSWISS is not, and has never been, licensed or regulated by the FSC to carry on investment business, or any other type of financial services business, in or from within the Territory.
