Such services are required to be licensed and regulated by the FSC. The public was made aware that BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS FINANCIAL REGULATOR is not and has never been licensed or regulated to carry on investment protection, payment transaction or any other type of financial services business, in or from within the Territory.
