TRADEFINANCIALS LTD. and/or SPREADSPIPS have been circulating a forged investment business licence bearing the Commission's logo and are falsely purporting to be authorised and licensed in the BVI for the purpose of conducting investment business through a Global Business Licence as an entity licensed and regulated by the Commission.
