The website claims to offer services in relation to Distributed Ledger Technology (“DLT”) as well as cryptocurrency exchange services. The provision of services surrounding DLT is a regulated activity requiring authorisation from the GFSC and exchange of cryptocurrency is a registered activity requiring registration with the GFSC for AML/CFT Supervision.
This website https://cryptovector.com/ is not authorised or registered with the GFSC and there are no applications pending for authorisation or registration. Furthermore, there are no active companies registered in Gibraltar with the name ‘Crypto vector’ or similar. In addition, the website does not have permission to use the GFSC’s intellectual property.
