CONSOB has ordered the following companies to cease infringement of art. 18 of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 58/1998, consisting of the provision of unauthorised investment services and activities to the Italian public:
- Iride S Marketing Int Sim Spa including through the website www.iridesmarketing.it;
- Xecryptobank through the website www.xecryptobank.com;
- Fxtpremium through the website www.fxtpremium.com.
CONSOB has also suspended, as a precautionary measure, the offer to the Italian public concerning “Token TGA”, carried out by Togacoin Ltd, including through the website https://togacoin.com, for ninety days.
CONSOB has also prohibited the offer to the Italian public of “lots” of the investment programme of Risolvo Srl, also carried out through the website www.risolvobroker.it and the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Risolvo-Broker-Assicurativo-437198853128484.
