UOB has completely changed how I manage my finances. The app notifications keep me on top of spending, the budgeting tools are genuinely useful, and I love the instant transfer feature. Setting up standing orders and direct debits is straightforward. Five stars well deserved.

I've had both good and bad experiences with UOB. Day-to-day banking is fine and the app works. However, I had a terrible experience trying to dispute a charge - it took weeks and multiple calls to resolve. The resolution was fair in the end but the process was frustrating.
