I've been banking with Starling Bank for over three years now and the service has been consistently excellent. Their online platform is intuitive, transfers are fast, and whenever I've needed to speak to someone, the customer service team has been helpful and professional. Interest rates on savings are competitive too. Highly recommend.

Switched to Starling Bank last year and it was one of the best financial decisions I've made. The mobile app is fantastic - I can do everything from my phone. Fee structure is transparent with no hidden charges. Their fraud protection caught a suspicious transaction within minutes. Really impressed.

Starling Bank does the basics well enough. My current account works fine, cards work abroad, and I haven't experienced any security issues. But they don't offer anything that really stands out from competitors. Interest rates are middling and the rewards program is underwhelming.

Starling Bank has completely changed how I manage my finances. The app notifications keep me on top of spending, the budgeting tools are genuinely useful, and I love the instant transfer feature. Setting up standing orders and direct debits is straightforward. Five stars well deserved.
