Tain Capital

After since the beginning of the year with Tain Capital, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

I opened an account with Tain Capital for the past year and a half ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Do not believe the bonus offer from Tain Capital. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after attending a webinar they hosted and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Opened my account with Tain Capital through a podcast recommendation and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Tain Capital advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

What really bothers me about Tain Capital is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after my brother mentioned them and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Tain Capital seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

I found Tain Capital after comparing multiple platforms and the initial impression was positive. But for over a year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

The mobile app from Tain Capital is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Tain Capital said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.
