RGS Finance Bank has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

My withdrawal request from RGS Finance Bank has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

RGS Finance Bank changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

RGS Finance Bank offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

After seeing ads for RGS Finance Bank online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Finansinspektionen. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

I invested $3,500 with RGS Finance Bank after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Finansinspektionen.

The onboarding at RGS Finance Bank was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

RGS Finance Bank has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, RGS Finance Bank is disorganized and incompetent. I found them based on a colleague's recommendation and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to RGS Finance Bank. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.
