OCBC has completely changed how I manage my finances. The app notifications keep me on top of spending, the budgeting tools are genuinely useful, and I love the instant transfer feature. Setting up standing orders and direct debits is straightforward. Five stars well deserved.

I've been banking with OCBC for over three years now and the service has been consistently excellent. Their online platform is intuitive, transfers are fast, and whenever I've needed to speak to someone, the customer service team has been helpful and professional. Interest rates on savings are competitive too. Highly recommend.

I opened an account with OCBC expecting better based on their marketing. The account opening process took forever, they kept asking for the same documents, and once the account was open the service didn't improve. Fees higher than advertised and interest rates lower than competitors.

Been with OCBC for about 18 months. Overall a very good experience. The online banking works well, savings rates are decent, and I had no issues when applying for an overdraft. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is their customer service can be a bit slow during busy periods.
