I've had both good and bad experiences with Deutsche Bank. Day-to-day banking is fine and the app works. However, I had a terrible experience trying to dispute a charge - it took weeks and multiple calls to resolve. The resolution was fair in the end but the process was frustrating.

Deutsche Bank does the basics well enough. My current account works fine, cards work abroad, and I haven't experienced any security issues. But they don't offer anything that really stands out from competitors. Interest rates are middling and the rewards program is underwhelming.
