Been with BNP Paribas for about 18 months. Overall a very good experience. The online banking works well, savings rates are decent, and I had no issues when applying for an overdraft. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is their customer service can be a bit slow during busy periods.

The banking products at BNP Paribas are okay, but their customer service is genuinely poor. I waited 45 minutes on hold to ask a simple question about my statement. When I finally got through, the agent couldn't help and transferred me to another department where I waited again. Very frustrating experience.
