Zomdex

I found Zomdex through word of mouth in my investment club and the initial impression was positive. But for a couple of months now later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

I have been trying to close my account with Zomdex for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

I closed a profitable position at Zomdex and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Zomdex offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Zomdex changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

I informed my friend immediately. Please always verify with official sources - a quick search could save you thousands.

Do not believe the bonus offer from Zomdex. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after doing extensive research and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Customer support at Zomdex seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

After spending for over three years trying to make Zomdex work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.
