I signed up with ZBX Exchanges through a forum discussion and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Quick verification|Wide product range|Fast support response

Cons: None so far|Slow to add new assets

Proceed with extreme caution

After seeing ads for ZBX Exchanges online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Malta Financial Services Authority. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

Warning to all investors

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that ZBX Exchanges is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Do not use ZBX Exchanges for anything serious. I used them for roughly four months for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Pros: Clear documentation|Portfolio tracking tools|Helpful community forum

Cons: Nothing significant|Search feature is basic

Requote on winning trades only

After for nearly two years with ZBX Exchanges I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Responsive team|Good analytical tools|Market news feed

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally|No integrated tax optimization

Save yourself the trouble

The onboarding at ZBX Exchanges was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Educational resources|Intuitive for beginners|Detailed reporting|Fast deposits

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Website design could be more modern

Rip-off dressed as a service

ZBX Exchanges offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Stable platform|Multi-device support|Tax reports included

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Wish they had more educational resources

CFD pitch was aggressive

My withdrawal from ZBX Exchanges was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for close to eighteen months of being strung along.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Helpful community forum

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods
