I requested my data from XUEX under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Clean UI|Fast execution

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators

Still waiting for my withdrawal

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to XUEX. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Fast execution|Helpful community forum|Good analytical tools|Clean UI

Cons: Research section could be deeper

I looked into XUEX and found they appear in the regulatory warnings database. Financial Markets Authority has issued a notice about this firm. Whether this is a misunderstanding or a serious concern, the fact remains that proper due diligence is essential. Always verify the regulatory status of any company before investing your hard-earned money.

Pros: Information is publicly available for verification

Cons: Appears in regulatory warnings database|Uncertain regulatory status

Stay far away from this company

I invested $5,000 with XUEX after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Markets Authority.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics

Research is copy-paste from elsewhere

I closed a profitable position at XUEX and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Social trading features|Stable platform|No hidden fees|Demo account available

Cons: Could offer more webinars

Red flags everywhere

After seeing ads for XUEX online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Financial Markets Authority. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Listed in warning databases|No transparency|Pressure to invest quickly

Promised returns that never came

If you are reading this considering XUEX - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews based on a colleague's recommendation. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for about five months has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Economic calendar|Good mobile app|High security standards|Easy withdrawals

Cons: No fractional shares|Limited demo account features

Where do I even begin

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. XUEX recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Full transparency|Automated trading options

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Spread betting is rigged

The only good thing about XUEX is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them through a forum discussion. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Multi-device support|Real-time alerts|Low minimum deposit|Good mobile app

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Website design could be more modern

No way to escalate complaints

I have been trying to close my account with XUEX for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Professional team|Personal attention

Cons: Mobile app could be improved
