XST 7

The so-called education at XST 7 is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for about eight months thinking they would help me learn.

I opened an account with XST 7 for just over a year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

I invested $3,500 with XST 7 after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores.

I referred a friend to XST 7 through a forum discussion. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

XST 7 seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

My withdrawal from XST 7 was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. since mid-2025 of being strung along.

Do not believe the bonus offer from XST 7. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited while looking for alternatives to my previous provider and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Customer support at XST 7 seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

I am in a dispute with XST 7 over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.
