Xexdex

I was about to invest with Xexdex but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Markets Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

For anyone considering Xexdex, please be aware that this company has been flagged by Financial Markets Authority. This does not necessarily mean they are a scam, but it does mean they may not be authorized to operate in certain jurisdictions. I strongly recommend checking the official regulator website before making any investment decisions.

I found Xexdex after attending a webinar they hosted and the initial impression was positive. But for the past year and a half later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

What really bothers me about Xexdex is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them through my accountant's suggestion and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

After using Xexdex since early this year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

If you are reading this considering Xexdex - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after hearing about them at a conference. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for a couple of months now has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

The so-called education at Xexdex is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted since the beginning of the year thinking they would help me learn.

The onboarding at Xexdex was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Tried to withdraw my funds from Xexdex and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that Xexdex is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.
