Xeodis

The reporting at Xeodis is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

I was about to invest with Xeodis but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Services and Markets Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Customer support at Xeodis seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Xeodis. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

I opened an account with Xeodis for about ten months ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Tried to withdraw my funds from Xeodis and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

My card was charged twice by Xeodis on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Xeodis then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.
