Red flags everywhere

Several red flags with Xchangehub (Imposter): (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Financial Markets Authority, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises

An exercise in frustration

I joined Xchangehub (Imposter) from a review site like this one and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Good mobile app|Fast deposits|Wide product range

Cons: Limited ETF selection|Limited demo account features

Do your due diligence first

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

Cons: Flagged by international regulators|Due diligence required

Analysts are anonymous

I closed a profitable position at Xchangehub (Imposter) and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|Multiple order types|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers

Leverage too high for retail

Customer support at Xchangehub (Imposter) seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Fast support response|Responsive team

Cons: No fractional shares

No negative balance protection

The mobile app from Xchangehub (Imposter) is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Clear documentation|Multi-device support|Easy withdrawals|Easy to use platform

Cons: Could offer more webinars

They have gotten worse over time

Where do I even begin with Xchangehub (Imposter)? for close to eighteen months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Transparent fees|Risk management tools

Cons: Research section could be deeper

Commission structure changed retroactively

The only good thing about Xchangehub (Imposter) is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them while looking for alternatives to my previous provider. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Full transparency|Risk management tools|Helpful community forum

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours

Migration from old platform was a mess

I referred a friend to Xchangehub (Imposter) after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: API access|Instant funding

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

Limited to their own products

Xchangehub (Imposter) advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Dividend tracking

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options
