World Wide Wealth Management had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

My biggest financial mistake

I closed a profitable position at World Wide Wealth Management and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Demo account available

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options|Email notifications too frequent

System failures and silence from support

World Wide Wealth Management changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Fast deposits|Good mobile app|Social trading features

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

They are hiding something

I opened an account with World Wide Wealth Management for the past six months ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Market news feed|API access

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

Death of account holder process unknown

Do not believe the bonus offer from World Wide Wealth Management. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after hearing about them at a conference and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Competitive fees|Regular platform improvements|Segregated accounts|Clear documentation

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Spreads widen during volatile periods
