Opened my account with Winbase Equities after comparing multiple platforms and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Personal attention

Cons: Search feature is basic

The definition of disappointment

If you are reading this considering Winbase Equities - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after my brother mentioned them. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for about five months has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Real-time alerts|Stable platform|Easy to use platform

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Nothing significant

I warn everyone I know

The onboarding at Winbase Equities was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Easy to use platform|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Search feature is basic|Limited social trading features

I cannot say a single positive thing

My withdrawal from Winbase Equities was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for about eight months of being strung along.

Pros: Social trading features|Multi-device support

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Requotes on every order

I gave Winbase Equities a fair chance. After for a couple of months now of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Helpful community forum|Customizable dashboard

Cons: No fractional shares

Unresponsive and unhelpful

I found Winbase Equities after hearing about them at a conference and the initial impression was positive. But for over a year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Multiple order types|Customizable dashboard

Cons: No phone support on weekends

Swap rates are predatory

Winbase Equities changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Detailed reporting|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options

Currency margin requirements unclear

Winbase Equities has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Market news feed|Smooth onboarding|Excellent charting

Cons: None so far|Limited social trading features

Support ghosted me

The reporting at Winbase Equities is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Economic calendar|Transparent fees|Customizable dashboard|Helpful community forum

Cons: No fractional shares|Limited demo account features
