A company that does not deserve your trust

The reporting at Whallet Club (whallet.club) is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Tax reports included|Multi-currency support|No hidden fees|Dividend tracking

Cons: Could offer more webinars|Research section could be deeper

Estate planning support zero

My card was charged twice by Whallet Club (whallet.club) on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Whallet Club (whallet.club) then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Fast support response|Intuitive for beginners|Stable platform

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Left feeling scammed

Whallet Club (whallet.club) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Automated trading options|Wide product range|Easy withdrawals|Personal attention

Cons: Website design could be more modern|No crypto staking

The onboarding at Whallet Club (whallet.club) was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: High security standards|Dedicated account manager|No hidden fees

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

My biggest financial mistake

I closed a profitable position at Whallet Club (whallet.club) and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Demo account available|Easy to use platform|Automated trading options

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux

After seeing ads for Whallet Club (whallet.club) online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Listed in warning databases|No transparency|Pressure to invest quickly

Spread widened during news without notice

I referred a friend to Whallet Club (whallet.club) after seeing their ad online. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Competitive fees|Educational resources|Multiple order types

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

I had a dispute with Whallet Club (whallet.club) and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Educational resources|Wide product range|Market news feed

Cons: None so far

I invested $1,000 with Whallet Club (whallet.club) after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics
