Trading execution is suspicious

Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Economic calendar|High security standards|Tax reports included|Good analytical tools

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux

Currency margin requirements unclear

Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Educational resources|Economic calendar|Helpful community forum|Clear documentation

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Mobile app could be improved

Swap rates are predatory

After spending for just over a year trying to make Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Fast deposits|Competitive fees

Cons: Limited demo account features|No dark mode on mobile

Copy trading copied the worst traders

I signed up with Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) through my accountant's suggestion and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Economic calendar|Market news feed

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|Account statements could be more detailed

Death of account holder process unknown

The hidden fees at Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Personal attention|Segregated accounts|Risk management tools|Helpful community forum

Cons: Limited ETF selection

Never again with Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com)

The so-called education at Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for the past year and a half thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Customizable dashboard|Instant funding

Cons: None so far|No integrated tax optimization

Rejected my profitable withdrawal

I am in a dispute with Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|High security standards

Cons: No phone support on weekends

Bonus clawback on technicality

My card was charged twice by Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Competitive fees|Fast support response|Wide product range

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours

Arbitration clause traps you

The platform at Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for just over a year of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Fast execution|Wide product range|Smooth onboarding|Good mobile app

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

Do not waste your money here

My withdrawal from Water Crest (@watercrest-capital.com) was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for the past year and a half of being strung along.

Pros: Fast execution|Wide product range

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Website design could be more modern
