Zenith Partners Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna sp. z o.o. ("Company") used the term “alternative investment firm” and the abbreviation of the aforementioned term: "aif" in an unauthorized manner in the materials released in the course of the Company's functioning. Therefore, the UKNF has filed a notification of suspicion of committing an offence specified in Article 296 of the Act dated 27 May 2004 on investment funds and alternative investment fund management and submitted it to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.
