The firm purports to be based in Ireland.In this instance the fraudulent entity cloned and impersonated legitimate Central Bank authorised firms in order to deceive consumers.

This unauthorised entity has cloned the name of the Central Bank authorised funds - TC New Horizon Global Balanced Fund and TC New Horizon ICAV. It should be noted that there is no connection whatsoever between the Central Bank authorised funds and the unauthorised, TC New Horizon (CLONE), operating the website www.tcnewhorizon.com.
