Hong Kong investors were added into a WhatsApp group randomly by scammers for joining an investment program named “盈蛇靈動計劃”. Investors were then induced to download an App “Em雲智能” to conduct transactions under the investment program. The websites, the investment program and the App are not associated with Empower Capital Partners Limited, which is an SFC licensed corporation. The scammers use Hong Kong bank accounts in the names of Fefang Limited, Feidun Ltd, Jingxi Trade Limited, Jinhui Limited, Qinno Limited, Ruix Trade Limited, Xiongx Trading Co Limited, WLQ Limited, Yeron Limited, Young A Limited, Yuzi Trade Limited, and YYJA Limited for settlement.
