We are aware of representatives from Glenbrook Advisory cold calling New Zealand residents to offer investments in IPOs (Initial Public Offerings) for Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, and Rocket Lab. We have been advised that their representatives use pressure tactics in these offers.

These offers not only breach New Zealand financial markets legislation, but we also suspect Glenbrook Advisory is operating IPO scams, as we have found no reliable information to support the existence of the IPOs they are promoting.
