The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") is notifying Québec consumers that it recently identified five on-line trading platform websites that are not authorized to offer products and services in Québec: avatrade.com, avatrade.ca, ilq.com.vn, vaultoptions.com and sycamoreoptions.com. Quebeckers should therefore not trade via these websites.
This entity is likely to be offering financial services to Ukrainian consumers. It does not hold an Ukrainian financial services licence from the NSSMC, and is not authorised by a licensee.
