- WebNet Ltd e 4Com Network Srl, through the website www.2dots.com;
- Silver Wolf Limited, through the website www.bronzemarkets.com.
Consob has also prohibited the offer to the Italian public of shares promoted by the company Solar Group Limited, including through the website https://solargroup.pro.
