We are concerned that the websites alfinex.com and zen-capital.co may be operating a scam. Both claim to offer investment returns that appear to be unrealistically high. An investor has reportedly been unable to withdraw money invested with Alfinex.
These websites falsely claim to be “officially a New Zealand registered company” and misuse the registered address and company details of Zen Capital Limited (Company number: 7780758) without permission.
Details on alfinex.com have been updated to remove the Zen Capital reference, but it continues to display a fake financial services licence/certificate and claims to be a New Zealand-based trading platform.
We recommend exercising caution when dealing with these websites. They are not operating from the addresses they claim, and are not authorised to provide financial services in New Zealand.
