Wallberg Ltd changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

I opened an account with Wallberg Ltd for nearly two years ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

I found Wallberg Ltd after doing extensive research and the initial impression was positive. But since early this year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

After for the past year and a half with Wallberg Ltd I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

My withdrawal from Wallberg Ltd was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for just over a year of being strung along.

Wallberg Ltd advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

I requested my data from Wallberg Ltd under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

I trusted Wallberg Ltd with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

I signed up with Wallberg Ltd when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

I gave Wallberg Ltd a fair chance. After for a couple of months now of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.
