Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after attending a webinar they hosted and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Great customer service|Professional team|No hidden fees|Reliable uptime

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|No fractional shares

Withdrawal limits are a trap

After for over three years with Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Economic calendar|Helpful community forum|Clean UI

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Minimum deposit could be lower

Rip-off dressed as a service

I closed a profitable position at Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators|Would like more payment methods

No TradingView integration

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Copy trading available|Reliable uptime|Low minimum deposit|Stable platform

Cons: Would like more payment methods

No negative balance protection

I have been trying to close my account with Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: No hidden fees|Easy to use platform|Multi-currency support|Comprehensive tools

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists|Search feature is basic

They have truly outdone themselves in incompetence

I am in a dispute with Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Helpful community forum|Personal attention

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Wish I had read reviews first

I gave Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) a fair chance. After for a few weeks now of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: Copy trading available|Quick verification

Cons: Search feature is basic

Every interaction was painful

The hidden fees at Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: High security standards|Automated trading options|Instant funding

Cons: Nothing significant

Overnight fees excessive

I lost a significant amount because Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Copy trading available

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|Search feature is basic

Terrible in every aspect

The only good thing about Wall Street Exchange (wallstreet-fx.io) is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them through word of mouth in my investment club. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Multiple order types|Two-factor authentication|Instant funding|Clean UI

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed
