The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Wall Street Direct is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Regular updates|Multi-device support

Cons: No phone support on weekends

Avoid at all costs

My withdrawal from Wall Street Direct was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. since mid-2025 of being strung along.

Pros: Market news feed|Demo account available

Cons: Limited social trading features|Limited cryptocurrency options

My trust has been shattered

The mobile app from Wall Street Direct is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Fast execution|No hidden fees

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods

Deceptive practices at Wall Street Direct

The spread at Wall Street Direct is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them through word of mouth in my investment club and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Fast execution|Excellent charting

Cons: Mobile app could be improved|No dark mode on mobile

Lost trust after my experience

Wall Street Direct offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: No hidden fees|Good mobile app|Real-time alerts

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|Spreads widen during volatile periods

Rock bottom service quality

Customer support at Wall Street Direct seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Responsive team

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options

They took my patience and my money

The platform at Wall Street Direct is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for over three years of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Personal attention|Portfolio tracking tools

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated
