After for about ten months with Up Markets (up-markets.com), I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

I am in a dispute with Up Markets (up-markets.com) over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.
