Terms of service are one-sided

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW) recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Risk management tools|Personal attention

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

They upsell insurance you do not need

The onboarding at TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW) was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Market news feed

Cons: Cannot customize dashboard fully|Wait times can be long during peak hours

Important information for potential investors

For anyone considering TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW), please be aware that this company has been flagged by British Columbia Securities Commission. This does not necessarily mean they are a scam, but it does mean they may not be authorized to operate in certain jurisdictions. I strongly recommend checking the official regulator website before making any investment decisions.

Cons: Flagged by international regulators|Due diligence required

Bonus clawback on technicality

The reporting at TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW) is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Quick verification|Good analytical tools|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Website design could be more modern

Proceed with extreme caution

After seeing ads for TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW) online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by British Columbia Securities Commission. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Listed in warning databases|No transparency|Pressure to invest quickly

Slippage always against the client

TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW) advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Excellent charting|API access

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|No live chat on mobile

Unprofessional and unreliable

I joined TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW) after my brother mentioned them and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Professional team

Cons: Limited ETF selection|Nothing significant

Beware of hidden costs

Do not believe the bonus offer from TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW). The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited through a podcast recommendation and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Excellent charting|API access|Transparent fees

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

Automated responses only

The spread at TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW) is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after doing extensive research and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Wide product range|Clean UI

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists|Could offer more webinars

Lost my investment - DO NOT TRUST

Tried to withdraw my funds from TW Pro (also known as TW Plus and PlusTW) and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized
