trustff.org had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Fast execution|Good mobile app|Demo account available|Market news feed

Cons: Could offer more webinars|Some tools only available on higher tiers

I want to warn everyone about trustff.org. They have been flagged by Financial Conduct Authority as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

I was about to invest with trustff.org but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Conduct Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Cons: Flagged by Financial Conduct Authority|Cannot verify credentials

Paper trading not available

Customer support at trustff.org seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Market news feed|Real-time alerts

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods
