Trust Markets (trustmarkets.org) locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for over a year later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Intuitive for beginners|Customizable dashboard|Transparent fees|Full transparency

Cons: Mobile app could be improved|Minor UI glitches occasionally

They upsell insurance you do not need

Customer support at Trust Markets (trustmarkets.org) seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Responsive team|Social trading features|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Slow to add new assets

False advertising at its finest

Trust Markets (trustmarkets.org) had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Social trading features|Stable platform

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

The definition of disappointment

I joined Trust Markets (trustmarkets.org) through a financial advisor and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Wide product range|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated

Banned for no reason

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Trust Markets (trustmarkets.org) is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Fast support response|Fast deposits

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Wish I had read reviews first

The spread at Trust Markets (trustmarkets.org) is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them from a blog post comparing services and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Portfolio tracking tools|Quick verification|Fast support response

Cons: Website design could be more modern

Reseller could not help

Trust Markets (trustmarkets.org) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Multiple order types|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Mobile app could be improved|Spreads widen during volatile periods

Social trading is fake

Do not believe the bonus offer from Trust Markets (trustmarkets.org). The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited through word of mouth in my investment club and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: API access|Clean UI

Cons: No dark mode on mobile
