The platform at Trinity Hedge is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for the past year and a half of dealing with this, I have had enough.

I requested my data from Trinity Hedge under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Trinity Hedge locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for over three years later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Trinity Hedge offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

After using Trinity Hedge for just over a year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Where do I even begin with Trinity Hedge? for a couple of months now of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Tried to withdraw my funds from Trinity Hedge and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.
