I trusted Trek (Imposter) with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|No hidden fees|Multi-device support

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|Could offer more webinars

Requotes on every order

Trek (Imposter) seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Stable platform|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Limited demo account features|Limited social trading features

Terrible in every aspect

The reporting at Trek (Imposter) is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Multiple order types|Clean UI|Good mobile app

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers

Every interaction was painful

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Trek (Imposter) is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Full transparency|Risk management tools

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

Withdrawal rejected 3 times

Trek (Imposter) advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Easy to use platform|Quick verification

Cons: Research section could be deeper
