I invested $10,000 with Trade Xtix Coins Ltd. after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

The only good thing about Trade Xtix Coins Ltd. is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them after doing extensive research. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Trade Xtix Coins Ltd. changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Trade Xtix Coins Ltd. has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Do not believe the bonus offer from Trade Xtix Coins Ltd.. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after comparing multiple platforms and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

After since early this year with Trade Xtix Coins Ltd. I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Trade Xtix Coins Ltd.. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Trade Xtix Coins Ltd. offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Trade Xtix Coins Ltd. had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

I requested my data from Trade Xtix Coins Ltd. under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.
