Trade Miles International had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Where do I even begin with Trade Miles International? for about three months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Trade Miles International. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Trade Miles International recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

I have been trying to close my account with Trade Miles International for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Trade Miles International locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for nearly two years later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

The reporting at Trade Miles International is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.
