Several red flags with Titan Capital Partners: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Ontario Securities Commission, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Cons: Flagged by Ontario Securities Commission|Cannot verify credentials

Stay away from Titan Capital Partners

Titan Capital Partners has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Multiple order types|Tax reports included|Market news feed

Cons: Slow to add new assets

Can not recommend in any way

I had a dispute with Titan Capital Partners and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Economic calendar

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

Scam alert - They took my money

Tried to withdraw my funds from Titan Capital Partners and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

Documents rejected repeatedly

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Titan Capital Partners. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Professional team|Clean UI|Smooth onboarding|Great customer service

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Research section could be deeper

Platform freezes when you need it most

I am in a dispute with Titan Capital Partners over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Automated trading options

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally

Unprofessional and unreliable

If you are reading this considering Titan Capital Partners - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews while looking for alternatives to my previous provider. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for over three years has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Multi-device support|Tax reports included|Comprehensive tools

Cons: Could offer more webinars|Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

I invested $1,000 with Titan Capital Partners after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Ontario Securities Commission.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics

No accountability whatsoever

Customer support at Titan Capital Partners seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Low minimum deposit|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Mobile app could be improved
